Agreement between the User and Us

 

This is an agreement between the User and Blacktie, a law firm based out of India having its office at -43 Main Road Main Kanti Nagar 3rd Floor Opposite Sai Property, East Azad Nagar, Delhi 110051, INDIA. The User must read and agree to these terms before using or accessing our Website. If the User does not agree, the User should not use or access our Website. These terms describe the limited basis on which our Website is available for use and supersedes all prior agreements or arrangements.

Blacktie may amend these terms at Blacktie’s sole discretion and make best efforts to notify the User when major changes are made. However, the User is advised to read these terms of use before accessing the Website every time. Nothing in these terms of use shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits upon the User. Notwithstanding the above, if any change to these terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions.
